Anointing of the Sick and Visitation
Anointing of the sick is available to those dealing with illness or special need. It is particularly appropriate at the time of a surgery or medical procedure. If you are planning a surgery, and would like to receive the Sacrament of the Sick, please call the parish office. Do not wait for an emergency if at all possible. Communal celebration of the Sacrament of the Sick takes place in our Parish Church during the seasons of Advent and Lent. Extra-Ordinary Ministers of the Eucharist visit the sick and homebound in health care residents, retirement centers, hospitals and private homes. If you are in need of this ministry please call 801-272-9216.
An appointment must be made with the priest/deacon at least four months in advance of the anticipated wedding to begin the marriage preparation process.
Upon the death of a loved one, please notify a priest from the parish immediately.
